Aaaah, much better. Something I know I love. <3 I think I may enjoy Mirrorball way better on its own than as a topper, and this may be proof.

Cool Mirror

Hmm... is this a mediocre mani? I know I definitely like it more than the previous one.. but I guess it's another one I'm gonna have to think about. It doesn't help that my photography skills are currently at a low point.

Wear: Removed on Day 5 even though I was tired of it a lot earlier. It's been a busy week. I decided not to purge because it's just a grey, you know? Back into the box-of-everything. I DID convince myself to purge the previous two I was considering, though!

In Bare Form

Ugh.. I had a rough day, and I'm all grumpy.. I wanted a neutral, but I should have gone with something silver. Meh. I can't purge because I'm in a bad mood. I'll have to give it another chance when I'm feeling better.

Wear: Removed on Day 5 and decided to purge after all. It's a fine color, but there are many things I'd rather wear instead.

Kismet Bikini

Beguiling Mirrorball

This is my first time uploading an entry entirely from my phone! I'm on vacation for two weeks, so phone will be my only computer for a while. Hopefully it works!

I really only needed two coats of Beguile, but I've just taken to using three coats most of the time. *shrug* But Mirrorball definitely needed three to be opaque enough on its own. I had considered layering it over Beguile, but meh. Accent is fine for now. Maybe next time. :)

Moon Glow

I'm on a low-buy these days, but when I saw this on a blog sale, I HAD to have it. Look at that soft, gentle green holo.. *swoon*

And it shines blue in normal lighting! Aaah.. so peaceful! <3

Edit: One more because it was so pretty while I was walking outside! You can see the blue in this shot better! <3

Wear: Wore it camping, so removed on day Day 7 looking.. well, like I went camping and used my hands a lot.

Lunar Glow

I haven't worn Lunar Glow in a while because I didn't actually like wearing darker shades until recently. I was a little sad to see that the holo had sunken in the bottle and didn't recover upon shaking, but it applied just fine. Good to know! I definitely don't need Color Club's Crystal Baller because I have this one.

Altruism

I really do love this polish. Three easy coats and such a delicate, soft-grey holo with purple-pink shift. I was having a tough day, and Altruism made it better. Thank you. <3

Trenzalore's Mirrorball

Aaaah, I love these two. <3 I stress-picked at my polish, so I removed the rest of it and put this on to help me feel better. It worked. Here it is in the evening light.

Wear: Removed on Day 5 after some anxiety picking on Day 4. I REALLY need to get that under control...

Green Holo

Wait-wait.. summer's almost over? Don't get me wrong, I'm THE MOST excited about that. It's just.. I've been wearing a lot of untrieds and haven't worn many holos this season. Let's remedy that.

The creatively named Green Holo always surprises me how it needs three coats. There's a little bit of dragging at two, so three is definitely necessary to even everything out. I'm surprised at how well this mani turned out, too, actually, because I did it quickly before going out on Saturday. But just look at that flame! <3

Wear: Removed on Day 3 when I started anxiety picking it

Vampires Suck

Oooh, my goodness, this polish!! I had no idea! I got this polish from a friend, and I didn't really expect much from it at all. What a surprise! Now I guess I'm starting to understand the Enchanted hype.. :P

Vampires Suck is a deep brown linear holo that flashes red in some lights. The holo is so strong that my camera kept getting confused while trying to focus. (Note to self, the "Food" option on the Galaxy S7 is ALWAYS the superior option when taking nail pics.)

Mermaid Dream

Hmm.. not sure how I feel about this one, either, honestly. Mermaid Dream is a green-leaning teal linear holo with almost unnoticeable blue and green (gold?) microglitters sparsely scattered throughout. It IS cute, but maybe not my favorite. I'll keep it around for a little bit and see if it grows on me.

Wear: Removed on Day 5 with a couple of chips from housework.

Feeling Gloomy Again

Crystalline Mirror

This is a bit better. It's still not quite what I want, but it's definitely better than what I tried last. Mirrorball is cool because it's both a linear AND scattered holo, and being over white really makes it pop. Maybe I still like it better as an accent? I just don't know what I want! Go away, dumb anxiety! Stay out of my polish!
